THE PARISH CHURCH

The Parish Church of St Peter and St Paul has been at the centre of village life in Ewhurst since at least 1141. The present building contains elements from nearly every century from the 12th to the 20th and is open every day for prayer, quiet contemplation or just to look around. Of particular note are the remains of a Norman doorway in the south wall of the nave, a font from the 13th or 14th century and a fine early 17th century Jacobean pulpit.

We look forward to welcoming you whether you are newcomers to the parish, visitors from the UK or from abroad and whatever your denomination (even if you're not sure!). Refreshments are served after 10.30 a.m. services on Sundays.
